What is the offer?

Buy One, Get One Free at Costco.  You will need to purchase the entire order at an eligible California, Nevada, Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma or Kansas Costco location between 12/27/22 and 4/30/23, then email your receipt to support@g2gbar.com along with your Venmo account info.  Then, G2G will reimburse you the cost of the free boxes through Venmo within 48 hours.  Limit 5 free boxes per customer.  While supplies last.

Which Costco locations are eligible for this offer?

The eligible locations are: 

Texas:  Dallas (Churchill Way), Southlake, Fort Worth (Overton Bridge Blvd), Duncanville, Arlington, McKinney, Austin (Research Blvd.), Pflugerville, Selma, Woodlands, Houston (Richmond Ave), Houston (Gessner Rd.), Sugar Land, Humble, Pearland, Pharr, El Paso.

Oklahoma:  Moore

Kansas:  Wichita

Louisiana:  New Orleans

Will Costco automatically apply the rebate when I check out?

No, G2G will reimburse you through Venmo within 48 hours of receiving your valid receipt.

What products are eligible?

All flavors of G2G Bars that are sold in eligible Costco Locations.

How old can my receipt be?

Your receipt must be dated between 12/27/22 and 4/30/23 to qualify.

Is there a limit to how many boxes I can purchase?

There will be a limit of 5 free boxes per order.  While supplies last.

When will I get my money?

Unless there is an issue with the receipt submitted, your Venmo or Paypal will be sent within 48 hours.

What if I don’t like the product?

All purchases are subject to the return policy of the store in which they were purchased.

Can I submit a receipt from Instacart for the order?

As long as the Instacart order is placed at an eligible Costco location, between 12/27/22 and 4/30/23, the in-store price will be reimbursed (not the marked-up Instacart price).

Can I buy more with a discount code directly from your website?

No, the current promotion is only valid for in-store purchases at the physical Costco locations listed above.

Can I redeem the offer at costco.com or g2gbar.com?

No, the current promotion is only valid for in-store purchases at the physical Costco locations listed above.

Why didn’t I get credit for this?

Your receipt was either dated outside of the eligibility dates, or our system flagged it as a fraudulent receipt.  Please reach out to customer service.

Why didn’t I get a Venmo?

Please confirm that your phone number is verified with the Venmo app.

What if I don’t have Venmo, can I be paid through PayPal?

Yes, our system defaults to sending payment to your Venmo account.  If you don’t have a Venmo account, send us your PayPal information and well reimburse you through PayPal. 

Where do I find them at Costco?

G2G Bars are found in the Fridge of the Deli section.
