Chai-Spiced Millet Porridge


For 2 large servings or 4 small servings

  • 1 tsp. avocado oil
  • 1/2 cup uncooked millet, rinsed and drained
  • 1.5 cups almond or nut-free milk
  • 1/2 cup canned organic coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp. Nuzest Clean Lean Smooth Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 3 tbsp. Lakanto Golden Sugar-Free Monk Fruit Sweetener (option to substitute date or coconut sugar)
  • 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. Cylon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cardamom
  • 1/4 tsp. sea salt
  • Pinch nutmeg
  • 1/2 to 1 cup raisins or chopped dried fruit (optional)


  • Dried fruit

  1. With Instant Pot on saute setting, add oil and millet and saute for 4 to 6 minutes until millet is golden brown and has a nutty aroma.
  2. Turn Instant Pot off and add almond milk, coconut milk, protein powder, sweetener, vanilla, cinnamon, cardamom, salt, and nutmeg.
  3. Close and lock lid.
  4. Pressure cook on high for 15 minutes, followed by a natural pressure release.
  5. Once pressure is released, open lid carefully. Stir in raisins or diced dried fruit as desired and serve warm with a chopped up PB&J G2G Bar and your other favorite toppings.
